One of the features of the proposed technology is the use of modern video cameras with laser illumination and liquid cooling. An algorithm for controlling a welding robot based on machine learning methods and fuzzy logic is presented. 摘要

提出了一种利用机器人自动焊接/包覆复合体修复炼油厂加氢反应器的技术。以炼油厂加氢反应器维修为例,介绍了机器人堆焊堆焊的工艺过程。所提出的技术的特点之一是使用带有激光照明和液体冷却的现代摄像机。提出了一种基于机器学习方法和模糊逻辑的焊接机器人控制算法。该技术能够在最短的时间内及时维修,大大提高加氢处理反应器的使用寿命,同时减少了人为因素的影响,提高了维修人员的工作效率。
