摘要

目的:建立一种在临床毒理学和法医化学中快速、灵敏地检测和定量血液和/或尿液中莫昔定的方法并进行验证。材料和方法:本方法包括乙腈萃取、离心、鉴定、三联四极杆质谱仪高效液相色谱法定量分析尸体血液和/或尿液中的莫onidine。结果:通过检测限、定量限、线性度、准确度、精密度等参数对方法进行了验证。在整个测定浓度范围内,相对标准偏差不超过6%。结论:所得结果可为今后莫onidine中毒病例的检测提供依据。
