摘要

从赤角蒿地上部分离得到17个化合物,其中1个为首次分离到的山酮类化合物,6个为首次分离到的化合物。化合物的结构经质谱和核磁共振谱鉴定。此外,采用MTT法研究了分离物对人食管鳞癌KYSE-150和KYSE-70细胞的体外细胞毒性,发现染料木黄酮(8)和1,4-二羟基-2-萘酸(9)对KYSE-150、34.07和4.51 μg/mL的IC50值分别为39.11和5.71 μg/mL,对KYSE-70细胞的抗增殖活性最强。通过Swiss靶标预测和分子对接等方法,揭示有效化合物的作用机制,为沙棘草在抗肿瘤治疗中的潜在应用提供指导。
