In other areas like cancer, asthma and sleep, the evidence is still inconclusive on LA's effects.</p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>More research on diverse populations is needed to determine optimal LA levels, effects on specific conditions, and interactions with genetic factors affecting PUFA metabolism.
