However, pooled analysis on vertigo severity across three studies did not show a significant effect (MD = -0.41; 95% CI = -0.64, -0.17; <i>p</i> < 0.78; <i>I</i><sup>2</sup> = 0%). <b>Conclusions:</b> Evidence suggests telemedicine holds promise in diagnosing and managing peripheral vestibular disorders, potentially alleviating symptoms and improving disability.
