摘要

近年来,由于在磁性多层体系中观察到独特的现象,自旋电子学对非线性共线自旋结构的研究引起了人们的极大兴趣。在由Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida (RKKY)相互作用耦合的磁性多层膜中,非线性相互作用的研究引起了人们的兴趣。本文研究了在RKKY相互作用耦合下具有不同磁各向异性的两个磁层的磁化反转。我们选择了Pt/Co/Ru/Co40Fe40B20结构,其中Pt/Co表现为垂直磁各向异性,CoFeB表现为面内磁各向异性。
