lyrata半步蒿(Hemisteptia lyrata)广泛分布于中国,其叶绿体基因组全长152,467 bp,其中大单拷贝(LSC)区83,473 bp,小单拷贝(SSC)区18,594 bp,一对反向重复区(IRs)长度为25,194 bp。GC含量为36.46%。共编码133个基因,其中蛋白编码基因88个,rRNA基因8个,trna基因37个。采用最大似然法进行系统发育分析,结果表明该属植物与雪莲属植物亲缘关系较近。本研究为水蛭的系统发育遗传学和资源开发提供了基因组资源。
