The <i>M</i>(<i>Q</i><sub>1</sub>, <i>Q</i><sub>3</sub>) age of the cases was 6.10 years old (10 months,23.20 years old), with the youngest cases being 2 months and the oldest age of 55 years old. The primary groups affected by the disease included scattered children, workers, and students. The regional distribution exhibited distinct clustering characteristics in urban areas or streets with a high concentration of the migrant population. 摘要

2005 - 2022年,珠海市共报告麻疹病例1 159例,年平均发病率为4.21/105(0 ~ 30.51/105)。病例的M(Q1, Q3)年龄为6.10岁(10个月,23.20岁),最小2个月,最大55岁。按年龄组分布:18岁及以上(34.94%)、8 ~ 23月龄(22.95%)、2 ~ 6月龄(16.74%)、7 ~ 17月龄(12.86%)、8月龄以下婴幼儿(12.51%)。受该病影响的主要人群包括散居的儿童、工人和学生。区域分布呈现明显的集聚特征,主要集中在流动人口高度集中的城区或街道。自2009年珠海市开展含麻疹疫苗补充免疫活动以来,珠海市麻疹发病率明显下降,病例无明显季节性分布。
