The fracture healing time, and occurrence of complications were recorded.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>All 15 patients were followed up ranged from 12 to 16 months post-operation. All fractures achieved bony union, healing time ranging form 8 to 16 weeks. Not a single patient exhibited complications such as surgical site infection, fracture redislocation, or tendon injury. All individuals had their Kirschner wires and external fixation devices removed six weeks post-operatively and commenced rehabilitative therapy for wrist articulation. The Cooney wrist function scores at preoperative and ranged from 5 to 45 scores, at the latest follow-up ranged from 65 to 100 scores. 摘要

目的:探讨采用背侧入路外固定架联合克氏针治疗桡骨远端双柱模冲骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2023年1月15例桡骨远端双柱模冲骨折采用外固定架联合克氏针治疗的临床资料。男10例,女5例,左侧6例,右侧9例,年龄22 ~ 76岁。记录患者术前及最终随访时的Cooney腕功能评分。记录骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果:15例患者术后随访12 ~ 16个月。所有骨折均实现骨愈合,愈合时间8 ~ 16周。没有一例患者出现手术部位感染、骨折脱位或肌腱损伤等并发症。所有患者术后6周取出克氏针和外固定装置,并开始腕关节康复治疗。术前的Cooney腕功能评分为5 - 45分,最新随访时为65 - 100分。在最后随访时,10例患者评价为优,4例患者评价为良,1例患者评价为一般。结论:采用背侧入路外固定架联合克氏针治疗桡骨远端双柱模冲骨折的临床疗效满意。
