Male reference intervals were significantly higher than those of females at all neonatal ages. Late and post-term gestational age categories reference intervals were higher than early and full-term. Among the ethnic groups, Madurese had a higher upper limit TSH reference interval. 摘要

(1)背景:本研究旨在建立适合不同新生儿年龄组和印度尼西亚当地人群的促甲状腺激素(TSH)参考区间。(2)方法:利用2022年1月1日至2023年12月31日的新生儿干血斑TSH值,建立按性别、胎龄、民族划分的新生儿TSH参考区间。(3)结果:不同新生儿年龄亚组的参考区间值在性别、胎龄、父母种族间存在显著差异(p < 0.05)。在所有新生儿年龄,男性参考区间均显著高于女性。晚期和晚期胎龄分类参考区间高于早期和足月。各民族中,马杜洛雷人TSH参考区间上限较高。(4)结论:我们的新生儿TSH参考区间需要提供一个适合印度尼西亚当地人群的参考。
