摘要

全膝关节置换术后假体周围骨折采用巨型假体全膝关节置换术与早期功能恢复有关,但无菌性假体松动一直是巨型假体全膝关节置换术长期预后的主要再手术因素。骨-领界面骨整合引起的牙外骨形成可能通过促进骨形成和改善骨-种植体固定来减少无菌性松动的可能性。在此,我们报告一例全膝关节置换术,采用多孔涂层假体的巨型假体,在假体骨未整合的情况下出现额外的骨生长,并导致无菌性松动。
