After DC treatment, the interface of the clogging is clear and the density is increased, which reduces the pollution to molten steel. 摘要

浸没式入口喷嘴作为连接中间包与模具的重要装置,其堵塞问题一直受到人们的广泛关注。然而,到目前为止,在铸造过程中还不能消除SEN的堵塞。本文研究了外加直流电场作用下超低碳钢浇注过程中SEN的堵塞行为。结果表明:直流电场抑制了出口堵塞的生长,堵塞层厚度小,保证了出口轮廓的完整性;经直流处理后,堵塞界面清晰,密度增加,减少了对钢水的污染。同时显著改善了模具水平的波动,冷轧不良率有效降低到原水平的30%,有利于板坯整体性能的提高。
