摘要

幼儿园园长伦理领导、幼儿教师组织支持感知、建言和工作投入是促进幼儿园高质量发展的重要组成部分。为了了解这四个变量之间的关系,本研究对819名幼儿教师进行了在线调查。结果表明:(1)伦理型领导与教师工作投入呈正相关;(2)教师组织支持感和建言在伦理型领导与工作投入之间起简单的中介作用;(3)教师组织支持感和建言在伦理型领导与工作投入之间也起连锁中介作用。
