Compared to the standard drug Etoposide, hybrid <b>3f</b> demonstrated a higher affinity and better binding interactions with the above cancer cells. UV-fluorescence spectra were recorded for selected coumarin derivatives. 摘要

采用NaBaBi1−xEuxMoO6:Eu3+(x = 0.0-0.24)铕活化铋双钙钛矿材料,建立了一种新的非均相催化法制备香豆素及其改性香豆素的方法。在香豆素生产过程中,双钙钛矿催化剂对各种被酮酯取代的酚类具有很高的活性,在短响应时间内产量精确。采用标准方案制备各种香豆素衍生物,通过光谱技术进行表征,并最终对COLO205、A549、THP-1、B16和U937人癌细胞进行评价。与标准药物依托泊苷相比,杂化3f对上述癌细胞具有更高的亲和力和更好的结合作用。记录了所选香豆素衍生物的紫外荧光光谱。然而,这里指出,这些香豆素的分子杂交可以作为一个伟大的起点,为未来的研究创造有效的抗癌药物。
