紫锥虫是一种广泛应用于农业的农药,急性紫锥虫中毒患者死亡率高,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。本文总结温州医科大学附属第一医院近期收治的8例急性虫虫腈中毒患者的临床资料,包括临床表现、辅助检查和治疗过程,以期为疾病诊断和治疗提供参考,提高临床医生对急性虫虫腈中毒的认识。
