Journals that addressed policy guidelines were examined for articles that denoted policy as the subject focus, and the research team descriptively analyzed those articles.</div></div><div><h3>Findings</h3><div>Only half the journals included policy as a focus (aim, scope, or description), author guidelines, or column.
