摘要

目的:本研究旨在比较液压硅酸钙基(HCSB)和环氧树脂基密封剂在单根下颌前磨牙中的可退性,并特别关注密封剂残留和再治疗时间。方法:采用生物力学方法制备60颗下颌前磨牙,并使用BioRoot RCS、MTA Fillapex或AH Plus进行封闭。一个月后,取出杜仲胶,在体视显微镜下分析标本。结果:BioRoot RCS残留最多,再处理时间最长,AH Plus效果最好。结论:BioRoot RCS对再治疗不利,AH Plus治疗效果最好。
