摘要

通过铜催化的[3β,28-二乙酰氧基-20(29)-lupen-30-酰基]叠氮化物和3β-乙酰氧基-20(29)-en-30-叠氮-28-酸与不同位置具有异丙基取代基的没食子酸衍生物的环加成反应,制备了通过1,2,3-三唑连接剂与没食子酸衍生物结合的新的狼烷三萜缀合物。基于白桦林的偶联物4与含有二恶烷基团的改性没食子酸酯取代基具有有效的抗氧化特性和抗炎活性(抑制NO高表达)。
