A survey was conducted among 635 university students from six provinces across China. The results indicate the following findings: (1) grit partially mediates the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction and career adaptability among university students; (2) career decision-making self-efficacy also partially mediates this relationship; and (3) grit and career decision-making self-efficacy serve as chain mediators in the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction and career adaptability. 摘要

提高大学生的职业适应能力是应对大学生就业挑战的现实需要。本研究基于基本心理需求理论和社会认知职业理论,探讨大学生基本心理需求满足与职业适应之间的关系,并构建相应的链条中介模型。这项调查对来自中国6个省份的635名大学生进行了调查。结果表明:(1)大学生基本心理需求满足与职业适应之间存在着“毅力”的部分中介关系;(2)职业决策自我效能感也有部分中介作用;(3)意志力和职业决策自我效能感在基本心理需求满足与职业适应之间起连锁中介作用。本研究为促进大学生职业适应性发展提供了实证支持和重要指导。
