摘要

本研究从价格支持的角度考察最低收购价政策对小麦生产效率的影响,以解决中国主粮生产效率面临的挑战。首先,对价格干预政策的相关文献进行收集、总结和整理。本文综述了最低收购价政策对小麦生产效率的影响、社会福利影响、定价研究以及比较分析等方面的研究成果。其次,概述了最低收购价政策与小麦生产效率的发展历程,并从理论上分析了最低收购价政策对小麦生产效率的影响机制。最后,对中国加强粮食政策、提高小麦生产效率提出四点建议:注重宏观经济协调发展和效率协调;加快生产要素配置,释放小麦生产潜力;营造有利于产业整合的外部社会环境;优化最低收购价政策,实现最低收购价政策效益最大化。
