摘要

本文报道了用Bronsted酸介导的环重排和烯胺酮基硫炔与烷基/芳基腈的正(3+2)环加成反应,一锅合成含噻唑衍生物3,4-二氢吡啶-2(H)- 1。所开发的方案表明,两种反应伙伴的底物范围都很广,具有很高的原子经济性,可提供非常高到优异的药物相关的双杂环衍生物的收率。根据产物和对照实验的结果,提出了合理的反应机理。克级合成和进一步的合成转化证明了该方案的合成效果和实用性。
