摘要

建立了一种简便、快速、高灵敏度的亲水色谱-串联质谱法同时测定大浓度范围内红景天主要成分(松香、红景天苷、蔷薇苷和蔷薇素)的方法。选择了红景天根样品中主要成分的提取条件(萃取剂类型、萃取时间)、色谱分离和检测条件,并对该方法的性能特征进行了评价。检测限分别为250、2.4、2.3、5.4 ng/mL,线性范围分别为1 ~ 100、0.01 ~ 10、0.01 ~ 10、0.01 ~ 100 μg/mL。所开发的方法在对药品和植物原料的实际样品的分析中进行了测试。
