摘要

对94例1 ~ 18岁健康儿童24小时尿液中草酸浓度进行了测定。采用Slodgkinson和Williams在Rozentall修饰中的比色法测定草酸浓度。对1 ~ 3岁、3 ~ 6岁、9 ~ 14岁、14 ~ 18岁年龄组的所得结果进行分析。表1为24小时尿草酸浓度测定结果及各年龄组儿童人数。
