在-75-80℃冷冻保存红细胞团作为浓缩物,保证其在功能条件下延长储存时间(长达1.5年),无需离心即可输血。上述冷冻浓缩液可抵抗温度波动,并在温度上升至-32℃(运输模拟)时保持形态和功能安全。运输冷冻机有效的冷冻红细胞运输已经过测试。
