This method is designed mainly to serve the purposes of practice. It perfectly substitutes the biological, expensive labour-taking and slow pharmacopoeial method. It is reproducible, does not depend on the season and reduces the species differences to minimum by using a mixture of bovine and porcine insulins (Forth International Standard) as the source of unlabeled insulin. The rat liver membrane receptors (preparations) retained their insulin-binding ability up to 10 months, when stored at -18 degrees C-(-)20 degrees C. By means of this method the biological activity in different insulin preparations is established. 摘要

提出了一种新的测定胰岛素物质生物活性的体外放射受体测定法。这种方法主要是为实践目的而设计的。它完全替代了生物的、昂贵的、费时的药典方法。它是可重复的,不依赖于季节,并通过使用牛和猪胰岛素的混合物(第四国际标准)作为未标记胰岛素的来源,将物种差异减少到最小。大鼠肝膜受体(制剂)在-18℃-(-)20℃条件下,其胰岛素结合能力可保持10个月。通过该方法,建立了不同胰岛素制剂的生物活性。结果表明,单峰胰岛素的活性最高,单峰胰岛素次之,常规胰岛素的活性最低。
