摘要

应用环孢素A治疗获得性再生障碍性贫血2例。在达到血液学缓解后，这些儿童由于降低剂量或停止服用CA而复发。当恢复全剂量CA治疗时，再次出现缓解。2年CA剂量缓慢下降导致CA治疗平稳结束，无血液图像恶化。
