Sphenopalatine ganglion block relieves symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia: a case report.
A 56 year old, white female with a diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia, unresponsive to medical therapy, received a sphenopalatine ganglion block using bupivacaine 0.5%.
