单侧神经节-交感神经切除-右上颈交感神经节切除合并急性声应激,导致脂质自由基氧化过程加剧,血液抗氧化系统和促氧化系统组分平衡紊乱。铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白和金属蛋白(细胞色素b558(I)、b558(II)、b558(III)、b558(IV))的活性和含量以及产氧脂蛋白超丙醇和细胞色素b5的组成和活性的变化是代偿性适应性功能紊乱的证据,与交感神经系统的适应性营养功能相关,其调节作用。在组织代谢转化系统,这是直接的,特别是对细胞的抗自由基保护的补偿。
