摘要

目的:活性氧(Reactive oxygen species, ROS)在生理条件下不断在组织中产生,参与信号转导。手术创伤后ROS的数量增加。异前列腺素是体内脂质过氧化的一种新的敏感和特异性标志物。与氧化应激相关的各种疾病患者血浆异前列腺素浓度升高。在本研究中,我们探讨了腹部子宫切除术对血清异前列腺素浓度的影响。材料和方法:研究对象为卢布林医科大学第一妇科因良性疾病行腹部全子宫切除加输卵管卵巢切除术的20例妇女,年龄45-63岁,平均50.3岁。采用8-异prostane EIA试剂盒(Cayman Chemical, Ann Arbor, MI, USA)通过酶免疫分析法(EIA)检测异prostane。结果:术前血清异前列腺素浓度为38.9 +/- 10.7 pg/ml,术后8、24、96 h均有所下降。结论:子宫切除术后一小群患者血清异前列腺素水平的测定并不能明确地回答是否异前列腺素水平的评估是评估手术后氧化应激的有价值的方法。
