摘要

我们报告一例甲状腺结核，表现为无痛性甲状腺硬结节性肿胀并伴有肺结核，患者为53岁成年糖尿病男性。细针吸细胞学示上皮样细胞肉芽肿，未见抗酸杆菌。服用抗结核药物后，他平静地康复了。虽然罕见，但结核应被视为甲状腺结节性或弥漫性肿大的鉴别诊断。
