摘要

本研究的目的是研究植物性杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的替代控制策略。分别用己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取高良姜根茎。采用外用法测定各粗提物对斜纹夜蛾二龄虫的毒性。结果表明,二氯甲烷提取物的毒性最高,处理后24 h和48 h的LD50分别为3177和2099 ppm。
