对90例新发肺结核患者进行治疗前检查,将患者随机分为两组:1)20例患者接受标准抗生素治疗方案;2) 70例患者采用标准抗生素治疗和多酶药物沃博酶。与标准治疗相比,后者在肺结核患者的综合治疗中被证明会导致破坏性炎症过程活动的增加,并调节免疫系统的功能。
