It was found that for trained individuals who have a sufficient level of adaptation to the power load, the use of “standard” modes of operation in the course of employment by fitness power safely. However, the problematic issue is that to the untrained troops, it is almost impossible to determine the safe load parameters using conventional techniques, which are mainly used in cyclic sports. Thus, the solution to this problem lies in the fact that using the integral method for estimating the value of power loads and a computer program for determining the relative weight of the index weights, safety and critical load parameters were calculated for untrained persons. 摘要

本文研究了在力池训练过程中,确定训练人员和未训练人员的安全条件和临界载荷条件的最佳方法问题。研究发现,对于训练有素的个体具有足够的功率负荷适应水平,在就业过程中使用“标准”的操作模式由健身功率安全。然而,问题是,对于未经训练的部队,使用常规技术几乎不可能确定安全载荷参数,这些技术主要用于循环运动。因此,解决这一问题的方法在于利用电力负荷的积分估算法和确定指标权重相对权重的计算机程序,计算未受过培训人员的安全及临界负荷参数。同时,研究了运动后固定的血液生化参数(睾酮、皮质醇、乳酸脱氢酶活性),并与休息状态进行比较,充分证实了我们的计算。
