摘要

目的:通过观察健脾清热活血汤(JPQRHX)对结肠癌SW480细胞增殖、凋亡、周期及P-β-catenin的表达,研究健脾清热活血汤预防结肠癌的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将SW480细胞分别与含空白血清、不同浓度JPQRHX汤剂、pi3k阻断剂LY294002的血清孵育24 h。MTT法检测细胞增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞周期和凋亡。免疫荧光染色法检测P-β-连环蛋白的易位。结果:JPQRHX煎剂组细胞抑制率和凋亡率均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。05),分别。S期细胞数量显著增加,G1期细胞和LY294002组细胞数量显著减少(P < 0.05)。05).
