摘要

目的:分析太子参各项指标成分与气候因子的相关性。方法:采用相关分析(CA)、偏最小二乘法(PLS)和主成分排序法分析太子参中指标成分与气候因子的相关性,探讨影响太子参中指标成分积累的主要气候因子。结果:产地和采收时间对指标成分有影响。月最低气温、月平均湿度、月降水量和年降水量是影响指数组分含量的主导因素。结论:通过气候因子与指标组分的正、负相关关系,可以解释江苏句容太子参传统采收时间的合理性以及太子参中杂茶碱B含量高的原因。
