摘要

目的:对日本水蛭的肠道和消化系统进行研究,以保护这一珍贵的中草药。方法:采用组织学方法对日本水蛭的肠管和消化系统进行显微组织学研究。结果:日本水蛭体壁可分为五层,包括角质层、上皮层、真皮层、肌肉层和葡萄样组织。消化系统由口、咽、食管、嗉囊、肠、直肠和肛门组成。结论:本研究可为日本水蛭的人工育种、病理生理功能研究提供基础资料。
