简介:本综述的目的是评估现有的已发表的临床研究,以了解用于治疗种植体周围炎和再骨整合的各种药物的去污效果的当前数据。材料和方法:对1998年至2018年发表的研究进行了PubMed电子文献检索。本综述纳入了临床研究方面的文献。从文献检索中检索到的189项研究中,选择了33篇文章进行综述。讨论:现有的研究回顾有很大的异质性,结论是种植体表面净化的单一治疗选择种植体周围炎的手术治疗。结论:现有资料不支持任何去污方法,也没有显示特定的去污方案对手术治疗的影响。需要进一步的临床研究来确定现有的去污方法的优越性。
