摘要

对沃罗涅日轮胎厂工人与工作条件有关的健康状况进行分析的基础是根据体检数据、职业因素的卫生特征和工作过程对职业和一般发病率进行评估。研究发现,工人一般发病率高,与物理和化学职业危害的综合影响有关。排在首位的是运动系统疾病(32.3%)和心血管疾病(29.3%)。建议包括减少职业危害的不利影响,最大限度地减少职业风险,包括进一步改善工作条件和实施实验室生化方法诊断病前状况。
