Finally, data were analyzed statistically.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The training process resulted in a significant increase in the mean scores of the health belief model constructs in the experimental group, but changes in the control group were not significant. 摘要

目的:探讨基于健康信念模型的教育对医科大学教职工体育活动的影响。方法:对哈马丹医学大学25 ~ 50岁的130名大学工作人员进行半实验研究。纳入标准是至少有1年的工作经验,没有急性和慢性身体和精神疾病,没有使用影响身体活动的药物。这些样本被随机分为两组。实验组接受3次基于健康信念模型的训练。训练前和训练后2个月,对照组和实验组分别通过以下问卷进行评估:(1)人口统计信息问卷,(2)健康信念模型问卷,(3)国际体育活动问卷。最后对数据进行统计分析。结果:训练过程显著提高了实验组健康信念模型构念的平均得分,而对照组的变化不显著。自我效能是身体活动的最强预测因子。结论:健康信念模型有助于提高个体对体育锻炼益处的认识。
