摘要

为了补偿温度对超声电机效率的影响,通过分析最大效率点与驱动电路电压和频率的关系,提出了一种温度漂移的最大效率点跟踪控制方法。该方法首先采用多项式曲面拟合方法计算驱动电路的频率更新步长,考虑温升对电压-效率-频率特性的影响,然后实时调整频率以补偿温度影响。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法可以在温度变化的最大效率点上提高USM的性能。最大效率点跟踪算法与温度补偿算法在实验中实现了最大效率。
