Therefore, to go some way to filling this gap, this study took the number of Chinese internet users as an investment indicator and integrated big data and the Internet of Things (IoT) concepts into a dynamic directional distance function-data envelopment analysis (DDF-DEA) model to comprehensively measure the impact of internet technology on railway transportation industry efficiency in 31 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2016. 摘要:中国拥有世界上最大的高速铁路网,全长3.5万公里。随着中国“互联网+”战略的深入,中国铁路系统出现了新的机遇和挑战。虽然铁路运输行业效率已被广泛讨论,但以往的大多数研究都集中在铁路运输行业运营上,普遍忽视了互联网技术对行业的重要影响。因此为了填补这一空白,本研究以中国互联网用户数量为投资指标,将大数据和物联网概念整合到动态方向距离函数数据包络分析(DDF-DEA)模型中,综合衡量2011-2016年互联网技术对中国31个省份铁路运输业效率的影响。研究发现:(1)在考虑互联网影响的情况下,大多数地区的铁路运输业整体效率显著提高,其中黑龙江省增幅最大;(2) 当考虑互联网影响时,大多数省份的劳动力投入、客运量、货运量、铁路周转率和货运周转率投入效率显著较高;(3)互联网对铁路运输产生了积极影响。
