This study used a quasi-experimental study, with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was recruited using purposive sampling which was divided into experimental and control groups each consisting of 10 people. Analysis of the results using the Mann-Whitney non-parametric test shows that there is a difference in the score of the level of self-efficacy in career decision making between the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group experienced an increase and the control group experienced a decrease. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨伊斯兰目标设定训练对MAN 1模型银行学生职业决策自我效能的影响。本研究采用准实验研究,采用非随机前测后测对照组设计。样本采用有目的抽样法招募,分为实验组和对照组,每组10人。采用Mann-Whitney非参数检验对结果进行分析,发现实验组与对照组在职业决策自我效能水平得分上存在差异。实验组增加,对照组减少。因此,伊斯兰目标设定训练可能会影响学生职业决策自我效能感的提高。
