Due to the computational intractability, the multi-layers genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the problem with a simulation model, then an improved algorithm and an algorithm accelerating strategy are also designed to further improve the optimising efficiency. 摘要

为了进一步缩短集装箱船的周转时间,主要考虑在码头起重机(QC)的影响下,堆场起重机(YC)和堆场卡车(YT)的同步调度。在此基础上,还考虑了YC之间的干扰、YT池策略等实际约束条件。首先,将该问题公式化为混合整数规划模型,以最小化加载操作的完成时间。由于计算的复杂性,引入了多层遗传算法来解决仿真模型中的问题,然后设计了改进算法和算法加速策略来进一步提高优化效率。最后,在阿里云上的八个弹性计算服务上进行了两组300多个测试的实验,验证了考虑QC影响的必要性以及所提出方法的解决方案质量和有效性。
