The clinical spectrum of contactin‐associated protein‐2 (CASPR2) autoantibody‐associated disorders is more diverse and reports on unusual, sometimes isolated, and immunotherapy‐responsive movement disorders in CASPR2 autoantibody‐associated syndromes have been described.
