As the book contains much detailed information and analysis, a full index would greatly aid searching. Perhaps one could be added if a paperback version is issued. However, this new study by Leo van Bergen reveals a largely unknown but important episode in the search for effective treatments in the face of a critical profession and suspicious legislature.
