摘要本研究对纯电动汽车双速自动变速器(2EAT)齿轮传动系统的噪声进行了分析和优化。首先,通过车辆噪声试验,利用阶次分析法确定各齿轮副的不良工况和噪声贡献;其次,建立了齿轮传动系统的动力学计算模型和仿真模型,确定了特定条件下主减速器齿轮副啮合不良是产生噪声的主要原因;最后,采用遗传算法结合权值法对齿轮进行修形。改齿后传动误差波动范围减小,齿面接触状况明显改善。
