The essential oils of Achillea millefolium and Hiperici oleum in the volatile method have not manifested a suppression effect, while the effect of suppression of a mycelial growth was recorded in the macrodillution method. The essential oil of Helichrysum italicum stimulated the growth of B. cinerea mycelium in both investigated methods. Considering a reduction of the mycelium growth, the essential oils, as a biocontrol agent, could be a positive substitution for the traditional pesticides in grapevine gray mold control. 摘要

本研究的目的是测定来自克罗地亚本土植物群的九种精油(薄荷、鼠尾草、迷迭香、薰衣草、牛至、百里香、山艾、千层Achillea millefolium和Helicohrysum)对灰葡萄孢菌丝生长抑制的影响。研究结果表明,所研究的两种方法(挥发油和大面积稀释法)中的百里香油和薄荷油对菌丝生长的抑制都有积极影响。此外,上述油在96小时后很长一段时间内在所有研究浓度下都具有杀菌作用。挥发油法中的千层山艾和山艾的精油没有表现出抑制作用,而大面积稀释法中记录了对菌丝生长的抑制作用。在两种研究方法中,意大利蜡菊的精油都能促进灰葡萄菌丝体的生长。考虑到菌丝生长的减少,精油作为一种生物防治剂,可以积极替代传统农药防治葡萄灰霉菌。需要在体外和体内条件下对肉毒杆菌控制中的精油进行额外的研究。
