摘要

本研究旨在发现并分析利益相关者对IAIN Metro阿拉伯语教育硕士研究生课程的愿景、使命和目标的看法,及其对课程发展的影响。本研究为实地研究,采用定性描述方法,采用观察、访谈和文献技术。研究结果表明:(a)愿景的范围不仅在区域和国家一级,而且在国际一级;(b)应在业务上拟订特派团的语言,以便能够立即理解和执行,而无需进一步猜测;(c)适应技术发展的远见;(d)将信仰和虔诚置于异象的开始,并在特派团中实现;(e)制订课程发展的理想、使命和目标的含义是,课程材料的内容已经代表了理想。
