Based on the results of the overall evaluation, information was obtained that of the 72 students who filled out the questionnaire, as many as 11.63% of students felt that the soft skills service was very satisfactory, 58.68% was satisfactory, 26.39% was unsatisfactory and there were 3.30% students who judged that the service was unsatisfactory. In other words, the largest percentage is in the satisfactory category. 摘要

本研究采用定量方法进行描述性研究。定量研究涉及测量某一特定特征的水平。这项研究的对象都是伊斯兰学校教师教育研究项目的学生。使用调查表和文件的数据收集技术。根据整体评估结果,在填写问卷的72名学生中,多达11.63%的学生认为软技能服务非常满意,58.68%的学生满意,26.39%的学生不满意,3.30%的学生认为服务不满意。换言之,最大的百分比属于令人满意的类别。因此,学生对伊斯兰学校教师教育研究项目中的软技能服务的满意度属于令人满意的类别。
