The journal also welcomes preclinical and clinical trials of drugs that can modulate PPAR activity, with a view to treating chronic diseases and disorders such as dyslipidemia, diabetes, adipocyte differentiation, inflammation, cancer, lung diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and obesity.
